Consideration in Automated Recruitment

This is the instructions and example of the outline, each student has to come up with something that will contribute to the group assignment.

COLLABORATIVE GROUP PROJECT PART 2: OUTLINE
Your group will complete a full sentence outline in preparation for Part 3 of the Collaborative Group Project. The outline should include a thesis statement, the research question(s)/issues being answered/addressed, how much space will be allotted for each section of the paper, and a preliminary reference list of at least 7 sources (that are less than 10 years old).

Full Sentence Outline
The full sentence outline format is essentially the same as the alphanumeric outline. The main difference (as the title suggests) is that full sentences are required at each level of the outline. This outline is most often used when preparing a traditional essay.

This is an example and not the topic that we are doing.

Thesis Statement:

Question(s)/Issues Begin Addressed:

I. Man-made pollution is the primary cause of global warming.

A. Greenhouse gas emissions are widely identified by the scientific community to be
harmful.

1. The burning of coal and fossil fuels are the primary releasers of
hazardous greenhouse gases.

Full sentence outlines are often accompanied with an APA reference list on a separate page.
Quotes within the outline must also utilize APA in-text citations.

Anyways here is the group thesis statement that we came up with.

“The business world is built by people and run by people; however, people make mistakes where a machine does not, so should a machine, or automated system, hire people in a market largely run by people or should that be left up to the people who run the market?”
