1. The Kurt Lewin?s model is acceptable and

You can also use the Kurt Lewin?s model to

can use the model twice in the response.

2. No. 2 of the assignment requires you to focus

on team dynamics and team formation. Your

application and analysis (IS NOT LIMITED TO) the

theories and concepts identified in this

section. In other words you should include

discussion on all the significant areas

associated with team dynamics and team

formation, beyond what is stated at No.2

3. No.3 relates specifically to team

performance. This section is more specific.

Three areas are specified. Be careful to

summarize the main factors impacting on an

effective team environment. The environment is

the social setting in which the team operates ?

the office, the team meeting, working

arrangements ? whatever situations, events or

occasions that connect members as a team

4. Your summary for No.3 should be about one

good paragraph. It should contain no new

information, if you are unsure about summarizing

at the end of your evaluation you may wish to

look at any text that summarizes the main issues

at the end. Please do not use point form.

5. No.4 focuses on ?the what? ? relevant

recommendations for change and ?the how? to

implement the recommendations. (All

recommendations should be a result of your

earlier analyses and evaluation from No.1 to

No.3,

6. At No. 5, please draw out of your

recommendations any changes required in

LEADERSIP AND MANAGEMENT STYLES. The focus here

is on styles. Do not use point form.

The report should be well structured and

presented. It should be set out as a report,

including an executive summary; introduction and

conclusion. The report should clearly include

academic theories, concepts and models, with

supporting references, indicated in the report

and listed in the references and bibliography.
