Project description
The project consists of top bottom approach, and it should include:
Macroeconomic analysis
Industry analysis
Firm analysis (ratio analysis)
analyze the macroeconomy (for example, the effect of interest rates changes on stock prices, the growth in GDP and its effect on stock market…). Not in too much details.
Second, you should do industry analysis, also talk about industry analysis and what they should look at in industry analysis, like for example regulations, competition…etc.
Third, you are expected to do security analysis. Ratio analysis of the firm they use, including the different types of ratios and pricing of the security.
Pricing securities will be done by using the capital asset pricing model.
compare companies together and choose the best companies from each industry.
