I’ve got the answer which is 2(6-x) (sqrt 3x – 9) for the area
but i don’t know what the domain is, how do I find the domain? Do I plug in points?
b.) Assume that the maximum value of the
function a(x) in (a) occurs when x = 4.
Find the maximum value of z = a(x) and
z = 2a(3x + 3) + 1.
Apparently the answer is Max of a(x) is 4v3 and max of 2a(3x + 3) + 1 is 8v3 + 1 (when x =1/3).
