Amazon Wireless is a 3.75G Mobile network services provider with a unified mobile license. In a quest to drive improved efficiency across all its IT Services Delivery

activities, the company embarked on the outsourcing of a large chunk of its IT function to a global IT Services provider.

The ITO supplier among other things is expected to deliver a number of transformation projects including Infrastructure provisioning strategy, platforms capacity

expansion and functionality enrichment.

You have been hired by Amazon, as part of the post ITO retained team of IT Architects and Planners to lead the definition, development and governance of an elastic,

reliable and highly available technical infrastructure architecture to optimize and transform the compute environment as a bedrock for hosting interconnected; internal

enterprise IT and IT supported customer facing solutions. Specifically, your deliverables are:

Develop an Infrastructure architecture blueprint for Amazon towards the technical infrastructure transformation and optimization.
Develop a logical architecture to capture key interaction across the proposed architecture landscape.
Identify and analyze key capacity parameters, requirement and constraints related to the interaction in 2.

Your submission should be packaged in a presentation of max of 8 slides (header page inclusive), to be presented in 15mins to Amazon IT Senior Execs. Please clearly

state your assumptions/principles and feel free to use images/diagrams and tables/matrices.
