Financing Terrorism In March of 2013 three market owners who live in Dearborn, MI were arrested in a federal food stamp fraud investigation.
The owners allegedly redeemed U.S. Department of Agriculture Supplemental Nutrition and Assistance Program, or Michigan’s “Bridge Card” program, benefits for cash and allowed food stamps to be exchanged for items like tobacco, liquor, clothing, household appliances and furnishings, which are against federal rules.
