Students are required to link training and development with organizational learning and the overall strategic objectives. The student will been to develop both
analytical and team working skills to produce a written report for management with the key findings . A study will be conducted on business, social or technology
issues related to any company , environment or society in the United Arab Emirates . The project paper is a problem solving format in the selected company or area of
focus where application of Training and development to achieve organizational success should be emphasized from the problem identification stage until solution stage
Stage 1 : after identifying the problem that needs to be addressed , students should approach the relevant management of the selected company that are responsible in
the area of concerned and request for relevant data.
Stage 2 : the data or information collected must be processed using relevant training and development methods / techniques being used to achieve its overall strategic
objectives and findings should be devised and justified after carefully examining the logic of the data analyzed.
A step by step application of T & D methods and techniques should be documented
Stage 3 : finally students devise an appropriate solution or recommendation to be implemented, explain carefully the logic behind the proposal for training and
development methods / techniques to be used to achieve its overall strategic objectives
Produce a report documenting every step involved in preparing this study. Ensure that your report is supported by references to appropriate theory and case studies.
