Change Management

Application of Statistical software is required (SPSS)
Comment:

The aim of the dissertation is to analyse and discuss the role of coaching, leadership, training and communication (independent) in successfully implementing change management (dependent).

The only part request is the analysis, interpretation and writing of regression analysis of the four dimensions (independent) supported by graphical representation. The attached word file is the results extracted from SPSS.

For Coaching:

Regression Result:

R2: influence or effect factor

F: factor of determination

a. Dependent Variable: Change Management

Simple Linea Regression equation (to be applied on all dimensions)

Y= a+b X

a= constant; b=constant

Change management Effectiveness= (1.667)+(0.555) (Coaching)

Means that to increase the change management effectiveness it’s required to increase coaching
