Chromatography, color writing, is an analytical technique for separating mixtures with a stationary phase and a mobile. The mixtures are separated by different attraction to a solvent. In the laboratory activity, the stationary phase was the filter paper and the mobile phase was the alcohol. Watch the following video and read the following articles.
