In this assignment, you will write a 2500 word essay (not counting references) based upon the title that you have been given.
You will answer the opening question, combining learning from the 60058 lecture programme with supporting secondary research. You will also integrate observations from participating in the 60058 assignment 1 simulation and make meaningful conclusions and recommendations. It will be a challenge to do this in 2500 words.
