You have been asked the school to determine if Samuel has an intellectual disability. To date they have been unable to get him to complete any work in class. He comes to school with excellent work from home but the teachers are suspicious that the work is not his and his parents are doing it for him. His parents argue that ?Samuel cannot concentrate in the feral class environment?. They believe Samuel does not like the school or the other children, and least of all his teacher. Samuel is new to the school and no previous reports have been provided to the school at the request of the parents. They want a fresh start.
