Debate Paper

Each paper must include the following:
1. A clear statement of the conclusion of each presenter (What is the arguer trying to prove?)
2. A clear statement of the premises of each presenter (How do they try to prove their conclusion?)
3. A clear statement as to which side of the debate you thought to be most reasonable and why.
4. A clear statement of any fallacies (logical errors) that are committed in the debate.
NOTE: For the first few debates, since we have not covered all of the logical fallacies in the Hurley textbook, try to point out any errors or areas of logical weakness in the presentations. Once we’ve covered the informal fallacies in the Hurley text, then you are expected to identify specific fallacies.
