Due by Saturday, 11:59 p.m. (MT) end of Week 4 (120 pts)

Background
At this point in the class you have probably done a lot of soul searching and
thinking about your relationships with other people and your relationship with
yourself. This is excellent! At this point in the course, we want to provide you with
a plan that you can take with you and continue to work on beyond the course.
Before we dive into the details, read the following article, “Build Your EQ With
These 7 Constructive Thinking Tools”
(https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/fulfillmentanyage/201506/buildyoureqthese7constructivethinkingtools) ), which does a great job tying in the theory of
making changes and the application of this theory in practical situations. This
should give you a good place to start when you begin thinking about ways you can apply and test your emotional intelligence skills. Another article
to read before you begin on this assignment is “10 Ways to Enhance Your Emotional Intelligence” (https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/yourmindyourbody/201201/10waysenhanceyouremotionalintelligence (https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/yourmindyourbody/201201/10
waysenhanceyouremotionalintelligence) ), which really dives into the emotional and physical feelings in our body, and offers several suggestions
(10 to be exact) ways you can specifically target increasing your EQ. It is highly suggested that you review Chapter 7 and the above articles before
you begin on this assignment.
