Task: (2500 words)
Taking the demands and contemporary requirements of the professional practice of Workforce Development consider how these requirements are likely to change in the future. Then, identify and argue how the provision of education should be best organized to assist individuals maintain their competence throughout their working life.
Therefore, using appropriate literature and illustrative examples from your work or vocational practice, your assignment should argue a case for how best educational provisions can support the learning required to maintain workplace competence throughout individuals’ working life.
Your response needs to include:
o a critical account of the what constitutes the current and transforming requirements for your vocational practice, including how individuals participate in that practice;
o an account of some key considerations in maintaining and developing further the requirements of that work practice; and
o an argued case for how best provisions within vocational education can address these concerns in assisting lifelong learning in your vocational practice.
