please not that I have few topics in mind however, a big portion of the grade depends on the novelty of the topic and another portion depends on the added value of the research question. although I have started doing the literature review for on of the topics, however I am open to change if you would propose another topic. please see the topics below:

please keep in mind that I need to include at least 2 HR theories that can have direct link to the topic

The literature review hold a great importance so please note the following:
Include both empirical literature and theoretical literature review.
What does the literature to date say about your topic
How have other researchers in the field researched thetopic
Start with the most recent paper on the topic
look for the available research and what is not there.
