Ethical Practices Towards Customer Service In the Hairdressing Industry

Please when you do the literature review and methodology chapters keep in mind as follow:
The research aims and purpose, questions and objectives should be linked to the literature review therefore the area you will search on, you must keep in your mind the aims, questions.. etc
In the literature review
Because you won’t find many research about customer service in the hairdressing industry you can add ethical practices towards customers service in other industries as well and talk about ethical issues in customer service in hairdressing industry or any industry…. everything should be linked to each other and more important to the research aims, questions and objectives.
In the methodology chapter you ought to use the exploratory survey method as the final methods that we choose. You may divided this chapter into paragraphs, first one talks about research philosophy then research approach then alternative research strategies then lastly the method we will use which is the exploratory survey and how we will collect and analyse data etc….
P.s: as much as you can add many references and everything needs to be cited in the text (in-text citation and the references needed to be in Harvard style) also try to avoid the word unethical.
Research Aims and Purpose
This is a survey of hairdressing industry practices designed to investigate unfair practices in customer service. The aim is to build a model of what is considered ethical behaviour regarding customer service in the beauty industry.
Research Questions/Sub-questions and Objectives
The main question that this research will attempt to answer is: What is defined as ethical behaviour regarding customer service? This research project will also investigate if there are any unfair practices in the salon industry.
The main objective is to find out if most companies have the same understanding of what constitutes ethical behaviours regarding customer service, and to understand if customers are content with these perspectives.
This research will also provide answers to the following questions: What are the factors contributing to unfair practices that are cited in the literature? The objective in answering this question is to create a model of factors that define what constitutes a fair or unfair practice, based on an analysis of the literature.
Answering the question—Which of the factors in the model are relevant to the hairdressing industry?—will determine whether the causes cited in the literature, such as gender and the size of an organization, are the same ethical issues faced in the hairdressing industry.
The objective of the question—Are there any additional factors?—is to identify any additional factors that were not discussed in the literature and to link them to the causes in the model.
What are the areas where unfair practices are more wildly used? What are the causes of this? In answering these questions, this research project will evaluate and structure the causes and provide a number of specific solutions for lessening the unfair practices (if there are any within the hairdressing industry)
P.S. It is important you upload the first chapter (Literature review) for the review then I will provide the feedback then the second chapter (Methodology).
