Attached you will find a list of films that address issues of diversity either obviously or more subtly. Please select one of these films to use as the

basis of your project. After viewing the film, you will need to write a paper reviewing the following questions:
Present a Summary of the story the film presents.
What issue of diversity does this film address?
Why would this film be included in this class?
How is the issue of diversity addressed in this film?
Do the characters in this film present a point of view that is relevant today?
Is there a universal message relevant to today that this film presents?
Based on your research and what we have discussed in class, how would you support or argue the point of view of this film? Use at least three credible

research articles to support the view you presented in this paper.
And for 5 Bonus points
Answer the following question: Do you feel this film added to or detracted from your understanding of diversity as presented in this class?
Paper should be 4 – 6 pages in 12pt font (depending on whether or not you answer #8 for the bonus).
