The paper will require you to contact at least one budget officer from any Governmental Agency and interview that person. (On the phone) Your questions should include; what is their biggest budget challenge and how do they solve it? How do they determine what and where to cut because of short falls? Do they use the five year planning model? What do they see for the future?
The paper must be at least 1,000 words long and follow APA style.
