Please help me to complete hazard analysis table for chunky tomato salsa product. I’ve attached the example of it and the process flow diagram. There are 5 inputs and you have to explain the hazard based on it. For example product, you analyze the hazard based on the step as product point of view, premises (analyze the step based on location where we get the material and handling it), process (based on technology and equipment), procedure (method).
