1. Analyze your concept of choice (Depression) from your clinical problem (Does depression increase readmission rate?). Identify the concept by thinking about what you want to change, improve or reduce based on your problem.
a. First start with an operational definition of your concept.
b. Identify one or more related concepts that could be similar to your concept but is not your concept.
c. Describe an exemplar case that clearly delineates your concept from the related concepts.
d. Next, describe a contrary case, related case, and borderline case.
e. Then discuss your concept in terms of context and values.
