Instructions: Because you have been researching instructional strategies and reading Dufour & Marzano you are now prepared to assimilate your knowledge of instruction with your knowledge of leadership!
Now, you will demonstrate your enhanced knowledge of instruction by composing a 4-5 page paper (APA 6th format) describing the application of two research-based instructional strategies that you would champion as a new principal to improve student achievement. You must include a plan for ensuring that the faculty implements the instructional strategies with a high degree of fidelity. Bloom’s taxonomy should be addressed in the paper as it relates to the instructional strategies you have chosen.
