Background
In the SLP, you will analyze the same company that you did for Module 1’s SLP, but this time you will use Kotter’s 8-step process for organization change. This will allow you to build your skills at applying different models.

Assignment
Write a 3- to 4-page paper in which you
Analyze an organization of your choice using the Kotter’s 8-Step Model for organizational change, including the interventions that were used.
Create a plan that identifies resistance to change by type, as well as the leadership strategies used to overcome them.
