Marketing Plan’s Situation Analysis


Using the product-service identified in Week 3’s course project, you now want to prepare the Marketing Plan’s Situation Analysis, as illustrated in the example plan on pp. 60-62 of your text. (Another example is in the Appendix; however, some of the sections are in a different order.)
At a minimum, the Situation Analysis must include the following sections completed, correctly numbered, and labeled. Use the example plan beginning on p. 60 as your base format:
2.0 Situation Analysis (This is the section heading, which includes an introductory paragraph).
2.1 Market Summary
2.2 SWOT Analysis
2.3 Competition
2.4 Product Offering
