Normative Leadership Theory and Leadership Styles

Prepare a paper in which you summarize each of the five normative leadership theory leadership styles (“decide, consult individually, consult group, facilitate, and delegate” [Lussier & Achua, 2015, p. 123]) and provide an example of a real or hypothetical project situation in which the project manager uses the leadership style.

A separate project example must be provided to support the discussion of each leadership style. Each example must include a specification of the phase of the project life cycle to which it applies.

Your paper should be 3-4 pages in length and
include at least two scholarly references in addition to the course textbooks.
