Introduction- The fact that UK has an unwritten constitution, Parliament sovereignty & EU Law,
what is the purpose of the EU Law e.g. for social reasons, welfare of EU Citizens etc some people do not want to join a group because they loose their individuality.
The Body:
Parliament sovereignty is it undermined by the EU? if yes/no give examples, what are those examples made out of, No the parliament has held on it. Human Right Act use Journals, newspaper Brexit news discuss Parliamentary Sovereignty and stick strictly to the question.
