WHAT TO DO:
1. TALK ABOUT RESULTS. Directly, simply, clearly, and briefly talk about the results of your survey you did. You only need to present 1 number for each trait. Add the numbers you were given by the assessors for each trait, then divide by 5 to get the average for that trait. What is the average for each of the traits 1 to 14? Talk about those numbers in your presentation. SLIDE: Should have trait in words, and the average assessor number. Then you should have YOUR self assessment number for each trait. Make it AS A CHART with COLUMNS.
2. WHAT DID YOU LEARN?. About yourself? What? Why is is important for your leadership? How will the information help you to be a better leader? SLIDE: Make bullet points and YOU talk about the details of the ideas.
3. CONCLUSION. What is your reaction to the survey results? Do you disagree with anything? Why? Any advice to others to make their leadership more effective? SLIDE: Make bullet points and YOU talk about the details of the ideas you want to share with others.
ASSESSMENT OF PERFORMANCE.
1. CONTENT — Show that you understand the results of the survey. Explain what you learned. If you disagree with any results (numbers) explain why. In the Conclusion, there should be at least one advice given for others about leadership. 5 points
2. SLIDES — They should all have a title at the top. Spelling, grammar, etc. all correct. They look professional. Should be 3 slides (one for each point — see WHAT TO DO above). 5 points.
4 slides total — 1 Cover slide with your name and ID number, Assignment 3.
