Select a specific topic from a GENERAL PRACTICE perspective relevant to SPORTS MEDICINE that is of specific interest to your clinical work and conduct a critical review (MAXIMUM 2500 words) of the best research articles or authoritative reviews using appropriate databases (e.g., Medline, Cochrane Library, Clinical Evidence etc).
The review paper must be a comprehensive and clear article on the selected topic dealing with Lower Limb or Trunk Injuries from a GENERAL PRACTICE perspective and focusing on the best evidence-based medicine when available. In general, a CORE of 20 to 30 articles should form the basis for the literature review with a concentration on articles from the last 5-7 years published in high quality scientific journals. The critical review must use systematic formatting to structure the paper (using major headings such as introduction, review, discussion, conclusions and references). Correctly labelled illustrations, figures and tables should be used where appropriate.
