Quality Leadership and Management in a small English language Institute
1. Critically analyze contemporary theories on leadership in a small (25 employees)English Language Institute.
2. Critically reflect and utilize the concepts of diversity, equality and quality procedures in the Institute.
3. Critically examine the notion of effective educational quality, leadership and management within the same institute.
4. Assess the effectiveness of leadership and management
Theories presently followed in the institute are participative (Sergiovanni)
Transformational (Leithwood et al) and interpersonal (Tuohy&Coghlan)
We are working towards the goal of leadership through the contingency theory(Lambert)at the Institute.
