You shall complete this assignment individually.
Once you have completed the in-class EBeer simulation, download the data for your team following the simulation instructions.
Prepare a report of no more than two pages, and no appendices (other than a bibliography of work cited). In this report, discuss what happened in the first round of the simulation, the decisions you made with your team prior to the second round, and then what happened in the second round of the simulation. This is a business report, so be sure to use cost information and any other analyses as appropriate. Explain any differences in performance between the first and second round. Then, present a well-researched write up of the bullwhip effect, focusing on what it is, what causes it, and what companies can do to reduce it.
