Many companies use social media as a means to communicate with consumers. While this is an effective tool, companies don’t always use the best judgement when communicating with social media. Most of you probably know about hashtags, which are in essence search engines for trending ideas. This forum will focus mostly on how companies use hashtags as a means to communicate.
