The title should be "statement of motivation"
It is a letter explaining why I want to apply to the US army MAVNI program (Health care careers for VISA holders and legal non-citizens). Here are the highlights:
1)I am a physician who came to this country for first class training in Medicine, in particular pathology and laboratory medicine
2)I found a society with strong principles, respect for the authority, and a country with security/safety for the citizens and economic stability
3)I met my husband and decided to stay. He is a disabled veteran and I would like to give back my training to the country and help people like him
4)I am very excited about the MAVNI program that can help me fulfill my personal and career goals.
