Using one of the concepts of strategic management: SWOT, 5 forces, Balanced Scorecard, Competitive Strategy, and Porter’s Five forces, apply it to an organisation.
This will be a mini-case study about 500 words.
This is an Interim Assignment, and I am only half way through the Module and should not discuss all concepts of Strategic Management at this stage.
