As a leader and manager of your fire department, you will have to address upcoming needs and issues of your organization as each area expands and develops. One way to address areas of concern is to create a written policy or Standard Operational Guideline (SOG) for personnel to follow. This policy will be part of your road map to success, and will become part of the organization’s policy manual.
For this Assignment, select one issue that may influence your operation and create a 2–3 page policy or Standard Operational Guideline (SOG) that will effectively address the issue. Include any corrective or necessary action(s) that will help avoid the situation in the future.
