Write a case study in report format on a learner that demonstrates the effectiveness of multi-agency intervention
Identify an individual or a group of individuals and explore and reflect upon how multi agency/ multi professionalism works to support and promote the wellbeing of the key stakeholder(s). Write a report which explains the context of the case study, identifies the strategies used and makes recommendations as to how multi agency / multi professionalism is used and could be developed further to promote wellbeing.
