Design, implement, test, and debug a simple Visual Basic® program.
Include the following requirements:
The GUI program will have a button that creates a new window with the word Hello.
Enhance the display by making the word change color, move, or change to another language (such as Hola).
Write the code for the program and test the results.
Compress the files of the project together into a .zip folder. Be sure to use the information from the Week 1 Required Learning Activity entitled “How to Zip your Visual Basic project for grading”.
Submit the zipped file to the Assignment Files tab.
