Big Sellers Plc often sell a variety of raw materials to buyers to be used in a manufacturing process. Big Sellers would like you to advise them on when a seller can claim ownership over a new product manufactured using Big Sellers’ goods.
In light of the decision in Glencore International AG v Metro Trading International Inc [2001] 1 Lloyd’s Rep 284, advise Big Sellers when they will be able to claim ownership over a new product manufactured using their goods?
